A closer look at: Krakozhors
To help you have a better idea of the teams Big O is bringing to the playoffs table this season, the Big O news desk offer our collective insights.
The coach: Kaverne is one of the freshest addition to the battery of Orc coaches from the Big O. (Who said fungus problem?) Resident of that strange zone that is Australia Central Time, he will represent the other half of the Big O lettered division in the playoffs.
It is always difficult to assess the capacities of one coach based on his fresh season, with a fresh team on top of that... So it will be enough to say that he came on top of a division hosting three returning confirmed coaches in the persons of Darby, Liam and Walkerthon, not to forget Chubberson the winner of this season Stunty Cup ticket.
The team: Krakozhors are an Orc team. This usually tells you everyhting you need to know... Coming into the playoffs with a 13 player roster for a TV of 1730, you'll nonetheless ind a few interesting players. As his counterpart from 4A, Kaverne opted for the Troll option, but that is not what you shall rest your eye on, neither is the Blodge thrower, no.
The player to watch, or rather the pair of, would rather be: Ueghar the 6339 Block MB Tackle Grab Blitzer, and his acolyte Gortrak the other Blitzer sporting the usual 6349 Blodge Fend statline... oh wait ...
The season: As mentioned above, Kaverne had to toil through a division of returning coaches, plus some mean Chorfs and a sprinkle of Underworld, Goblins and Halflings. No doubt they'll be ready to face the most unusual game plans.
Coming out on top of 4B with a sheet reading 9-2-2 for 29 points and a +11 TD difference, Kaverne proved his ability to coach fresh Orcs. A game to showcase would be his first victory 2-0 over Walkerthon's new Kislev outfit.
Will the Krakozhors stay true to their motto "Da ball, da line ,dat tootshdon!" during the playoffs?
